Delivery Area We currently deliver within South Africa only.

Delivery Options We offer two delivery methods at checkout:

• Standard Delivery — Delivered within 8–12 business days
• Premium Delivery — Delivered within 5–8 business days

Free Delivery Free delivery is available on qualifying orders. The free delivery threshold will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delays While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to courier or external factors beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.
